We gladly accept returns and exchanges

Contact us at sales@janeysjewels.com within: 7 days of delivery - we will provide you with the return address and instructions.
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
Conditions of returns
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. 
If the item is not returned in its original condition, buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 
Cancellations
We do not accept cancellations on custom made items. 
Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order. If it is a in-stock item you purchased or a custom order we have not begun work  on or ordered materials for, we will accept your cancellation.  

The following items cannot be returned:

Most of our items are made to order.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, We cannot accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders-this includes a ring that was made to the finger size of your request
