We buy parcels of rough gemstones from the mines, sourced from all over the world, allowing us to offer higher grades of Colored Stones at greatly reduced prices.

We are a brother (Joe) & sister (janey) team. Joe is a GIA Gemologist and stone cutter. I have been making jewelry since I was a yound child and our Mother took me to a jewelry findings and bead shop. Mom bought Joe a rock tumbling machine and his fascination and love of gems was born that day! We started janeys jewels in 2009, to enable us to custom create and sell settings for our unique gemstone cuts. We found that the settings that were readily available in the marketplace did not work very well for our unique designs and shapes. The Rose Petal Cut is our Signature Cut, while it is an octagon shape, we can set it in a round setting. We named this cut in honor of our Mother, Rose. The Rose is the "Queen of all flowers".
